USAC/SLVRA Pre-Season Meeting Notes

January 18th USAC/SLRVA held a pre season race meeting at Fast
Kart Indoor Speedway to discussed race dates, rules and general
information concerning the up coming season. Chuck Maddox the
Chief Steward for the USAC/SLVRA Rocky Mountain Series was in
attendance to answer any questions as Tommy Hunt USAC Vice
President was at the annual awards banquet in Indianapolis. Also
in attendance to answer questions was Doug Binstock and Mark
Pittman from RMR.The 2008 race schedule should be officially released very soon. USAC will have approximately 120 races on the west coast with
approximately 22 Rocky Mountain Points Races for Sprints or
Midgets. There will several Western States races at RMR which
will lead to excellent fan entertainment and car counts.
