NOTES Complete 454+ .030 over 468 cubic inch engine. Dyno'd at 742 HP @ 7,200 RPM, 750 ft/lbs of torque @ 6,800 RPM. Ran 9.80's - 142 MPH @ 1,100 feet.

  • Roller Cam and Roller Lifters (with matched springs and Comp Cam push rods)

  • 7-Quart Moroso Pan (baffled, swinging trap door with Mellings HV pump)

DESCRIPTION OF HEADS

  • CC'd and Flowed (rectangular port, open chamber)
  • 118 CC Chambers
  • Cast Iron Heads

Engine is still assembled with rocker arms backed off to relieve spring tension. Lubricated and rotated monthly since removal. Oil restrictors to top end were initially .060 but increased to .095. Just 20 runs on motor.
